In this top photo we are very proud. Jeff & Diane worked tirelessly prior to the trip to get all of Larry's work crew jean sizes - and our team presented a new pair of jeans to each of them - it was very special and the guys really saw the love of Christ come through. PTL.

So to an update on what we've been working on - on Monday & Tuesday the men spent a good deal of time working on their fence. Pictures here we can be seen in action.

In one picture, Reed has used his brute unbridled strength to, um, break another tool. Larry says that we now have an official tab going .... and while I'm picking on Reed here is another picture of him learning how to mix concrete.

Mix concrete - doesn't really sound that difficult. Well neither myself, Jeff, or Reed have been officially certified to mix concrete alone - from rotating the shovel upside down at the very end of the stroke, to the amount of water that we add (usually too much), to not getting the right size rocks .... we've got a lot to learn. The only thing the supervisors keep saying is that we need to be more --- "suavey" in motion. We have no idea what that means.
